FILLING LINES, COMPOSED OF 6 FILLING MACHINES IN A COMPLETELY AUTOMATED SYSTEM ENDING WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO THE WAREHOUSE BY SHUTTLE.
Three large canning lines are able to process about 8.000 cans an hour which are then labeled and packed.
Again for the Food Services Sector, for the last few years the Company has been operating modern filling lines and producing packaged bags in boxes using hot filling method. A large capacity line capable of processing 40,000 bottles an hour uses a totally automated process to fill glass bottles of various sizes and shapes.
To package some products, Pomodoro 43044 uses a new and ecologic packaging, the Tetrarecart. This is the first pack made up with paper, polypropylene and aluminium that resists to damp and to high temperature and it’s completely recyclable. The Tetrarecart apart from being a renewable resource, leads to a shelf life target of 2 years and improves the logistic system: about transport the ratio of Tetrarecart to tin is 9 to 1, the booked space on the shelf is 40% lower and weight of Tetrarecart is only 18gr instead of 200gr of jar and 50gr of tin.
To expand its array of products, the company has invested its experience in an increasingly varied production of processed foods, sauces, and creams of animal and vegetable origin. With great care and attention to details, Copador’s chefs offer traditional recipes while developing new ones.
Through research and experimentation, age-old flavours have been rediscovered, and prepared today in a complete, modern professional kitchen that can recreate the most varied recipes on an industrial level while at the same time meeting the capacity of the packaging lines.
