POMODORO 43044 IS EQUIPPED WITH THE BEST PLANTS AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET, SUPPLIED BY LEADING MANUFACTURERS. THE EQUIPMENT HAS A TOTAL DAILY PROCESSING CAPACITY OF 6,000 TONS OF FRESH TOMATOES. THE PRODUCTION LINES ARE EQUIPPED WITH OPTICAL SELECTORS FOR FRESH PRODUCT AND METAL DETECTORS FOR DETECTING FOREIGN OBJECTS, AS WELL AS AUTOMATED SYSTEMS. ALL THE PRODUCTION DATA ARE AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED BY THE COMPUTER SYSTEM ENABLING THE PRODUCT PROCESSING CYCLE TO BE RECONSTRUCTED AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT.
Pomodoro 43044 is also equipped with modern laboratories for the analysis of the cultivation soil, the incoming raw materials and the finished product, all in conformity with regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and the main international standards (BRC, IFS) and has obtained voluntary production certifications like 100% Italian origin and GMO-free.
In Pomodoro 43044 is active a modern division for processing and packaging vegetables in oil, vinegar and brine that can pack n. 12,000 jar per hour.
